What’s with the name?
Wolaco stands for Way of Life Athletic company. We believe firmly that a healthy life leads to a happy life and we strive everyday to create products that support an active way of life.

WOLACO isn’t just a name written across our product’s waist band. It isn’t just a logo or a brand name. WOLACO is a choice, an action, and a way of life. As young professionals entering the “real world”, we realized it was one of the first times we had the opportunity to shape the person we wanted to be. Realizing that movement, exercise, and overall health and wellness makes us more efficient, more ambitious, and more effective humans, we set out to create a product that embodies this Way Of Life.

How do you think about designing products?
We’re athletes ourselves so we take pride in designing products that we want to wear. That means sourcing new and interesting performance fabrics from around the world designed for comfort and durability. With you in mind, premium fabric quality and stitching is our priority. Always.

Which phones fit in WOLACO’s compression pockets?
All of our compressions are compatible with every generation of iPhone, even the iPhone 14 Max. A bulky phone case may affect functionality, but our current media pocket is 6.6" height x 3.6" width and stretches!

How do I wash my WOLACO compression gear?
Normal wash with cold water and soap is all you need!

When will you release new colors?
We like to release new colors seasonally so when the weather starts changing, you can be sure that our product development team is in the lab conjuring up the new flavor of the season.

What is WOLACO’s return policy?
We want you to love your WOLACO gear. We offer complimentary pre-paid labels for exchanges. Any orders placed after April 1, 2024 will incur an $8 restocking fee on returns. We gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of receiving your order.

*Please note orders placed starting April 1 will have an $8 restocking fee deducted from the refund amount. We will continue to provide a complimentary, prepaid label for an exchange.

All returns/exchanges must be received back in their original condition. Items that have been worn, have stains, dust, dirt, deodorant, pet hair, etc are unable to be accepted and are unable to be shipped back to the customer.

If you have received an item that has visible damage upon arrival, please take a picture and send to info@wolaco.com to request a new item or refund.

Once returns are received, they will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.

How to return/exchange your item:

2. Your label will be sent via email. If you do not receive it, or run into any issues, please reach out to info@wolaco.com

3. Attach the label to the package. Cover or remove any old shipping labels.

4. Give the package to USPS. Track your return using your tracking number to make sure we get it.

Where do you ship?
Most places on Earth. Plans are in the works to support shipment to Mars in 2024.

What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?
All U.S. orders ship for free! Shipping domestically in the United States can take anywhere from 3-5 business days upon order finalization.

When do I need to place my domestic shipping order to receive it by Christmas?

December 15th for Free Domestic Shipping

December 19th for UPS 3 Day Select

December 21st for UPS Next Day Air

International Shipping
For our friends in other areas of the world, expect delivery 3 weeks upon your order. Due to increased demand globally, we’re working hard to cut down on this time for you.

Any tips for holiday purchases?
For holiday gift giving, orders placed between 11/1 and 12/31 are eligible to be returned for refund, store credit, or exchange within 60 days of receipt. (In other words, the gift recipient has plenty of time!)

We take pride in crafting durable and high quality performance gear. We rigorously test each product to ensure it meets our highest standards. If you believe an item you have received is damaged or doesn’t perform as expected, please reach out to info@wolaco.com. We do not cover user-created damage, including but not limited to: tears, rips, holes, burns, and pilling. Products are guaranteed to be durable for their practical product lifetime, which is 1 year from purchase.
